Seriously tho, think about it. Imagine all the Uncle Eddies out there being allowed to build their own waste disposal systems. They'd just pipe it into their neighbors property or the local creek/lake. I know some will still do it, but if regulations stops most I'm ok with it.
That said, as noted I can install an outhouse or a few other systems without a permit. Gray water is a gray area here tho.
>>2591751Not here from what I hear. It's tied to electricity. You can't get a fire number (basically a rural address) without a utility hookup. The work around is a PO Box.
