also, unofficially, we have the "allemandsretten" like Sweden, here it is just a brother to brother common contract unless you are being an ass, generally if you are on someones land like i have been multiple times, i will seek them out and ask permission to sleep in a hedge they forgot they "technically" owned, hell even earned me a half time job as an exterminator once
