https://planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/) and then look online at applicable plants that are suited to grow there, then plan ahead to plant next year. Save up some money, and create a well structured and researched grow plan.
I'm sorry anon, but it is probably too late to plant this year. However, growing is a long term project so do not fret. and instead be happy that you have a whole year to prepare.
