This doesn't answer your question either because you don't want an answer, you want a sustained argument where you get the illusion of moral superiority just by asking idiotic questions like "How can you claim to love animals and yet kill them (rats, roaches, parasites)".
The whole strategy is using open ended terms that mask a pathetic attempt to pass irony as argument as if anyone can explain the reduction to absurdity as rational, made worse by the fact that the intent of the attack is not seek an answer but rather to virtue signal.
I can love animals with a mouthful of steak while feeding the scraps to my dog and if you dont accept it because we both eat meat, thats your mental limitation, not my problem. Perhaps the resulting question is asking why should the prisoner you call your pet love you? Humans die from animal attacks every day. No surprise logically that many of the victims are animal lovers near animals. They dont care if your vegan. Most of their prey are. So why do 'animals' 'hate vegans'?
Relax, I leave it as a rhetorical question as example because any attempt to answer is as stupid as asking why carnivorous pet lovers 'hate animals'.
