Ideally if you are going to move around a lot you would get one with a fleece interior on the torso area so you can be comfy wearing just a shirt underneath it without sweating your guts out. Preferably one with vents under the armpits, a zipper and button combination to keep water out, an inside hip flask pocket to keep your phone/smokes dry and adjustable hood and sleeves is best.
