Athiest here, I feel much closer to a higher power in the woods, its called death. You don't experience the presence of death anywhere quite like innawoods. Sure its scary when your car crashes into a post or you almost drown in your pool, but with that comes knowing you will be found and will be remembered. Innawoods its different when a bear stumbles into your camp, or a big cat screams from just out of site, your only guarantee is that you might be able to fill ot with holes, before you disappear from this world alone and forgotten
