Because the skeletal structure of a bipedal being won't work. Have you ever seen "the worlds largest man!!!" in pictures or video? They always walk with a cane and have a pituitary problem. Another issue is people say Bigfoot could have been Gigantopithecus but Gigantopithecus wasn't bipedal, it was a quadruped like an Orangutan.
