It's hard to know though. If you're interested in figuring out if it's for you, buy a simple 11' hammock and have a nap in it.
Dutchware 11' is great and costs $42.
You'll need suspension too. ENO atlas straps (or knock offs) are cheap and have no learning curve. Pic related. Add two carabiners or S-hooks from the hardware shop
If you like it, then buy tarp/bugnet/insulation as needed.
If you dont like it, sell it on hammockforums or similar. Camping hammocks hold their value absurdly well. People sell used hammock stuff for like 10% less than retail on that forum all the fucking time.
Don't be overwhelmed by all the hammock info out there. Just read a few articles on "the ultimate hang" website and stick to that info
