I get a ton of vacation time every year (been with the company for ... going on 8 years next month) so I get 5 or 6 weeks of vacation a year, plus PTO and four 8-hour "floating holidays".
So I'll take a vacation day or two and make a 2-day weekend into a 3- or 4-day weekend.
