Truck, 9mpg around town, 13 highway if i'm lucky. At 6800lbs curb weight, yeah, it's kind of a tank for offroad use.
Bike's 272lbs ready to ride, 2.1 gallon tank gets me about 150-mile range, 70-ish on more technical dualsport rides. It goes where jeeps/trucks can't, and it'll do the speed limit before I'm even through the intersection.
Truck's reserved for really bad weather and towing, other than that i'm perfectly happy leaving it in the driveway. Got good equipment and tools to get the bike just about anywhere, in any conditions.
