What is fucking retarded is using tyres as formwork. Just do what peasants have done for milenia and use a couple of planks. Then break out your pneumatic tamper and you can throw up a wall panel in an afternoon. Basically all the same properties as cob but with a smooth finish straight from the formwork, no need to plaster.
