>>1934048Honestly i prefer it to shore fishing. I don’t have a boat right now, so I can just walk to structure/points and put down a pop up tent and have my own private fishing spot. Ice fishing is so underrated. Also look into renting sleeper shacks on bigger lakes. It’s like glamping (heater, oven, stove, beds, tv usually) but you can just fish and get drunk for the entire time. My friends and I go up to lake of the woods every year. Can’t fuckin wait.
