Dodge is basically the best for longevity, maintenance, etc.
Here is a photo of my kitchenette setup.
I basically just took a thing my girlfriend and I had in our kitchen, put in a sink, coated the counter top, and plumbed up with a foot pump and 5 Gallon US Army Surplus water tank. It's been wonderful, and cost me basically nothing.
