>>343430The material will support your weight just fine. Travel hammocks are made of much lighter stuff and hold up mostly fine. What you need to worry about is the size and the attachment points. I wouldn't trust two grommets on a side to hold body weight. If you can install more grommets, a variant of a clew hammock (pic related) should help with both problems. 5'11 is going to be a pretty short hammock no matter what you do, but the clew style will use the length much more effectively than a gathered end style.
