Trespass. Almost all the land near me is owned by logging companies, literally hundreds of thousands of acres are owned by these companies. I hike the shit out of them on an almost daily basis, almost never see another soul.
Some logging companies don't give a shit, even state on their websites that hikers and hunters are free to use the land, other companies can be real dicks about it.
