"Tower Tech" does more of the technical stuff, repairs and troubleshooting. This and the engineering side are what I play in.
I've gone by "RF Engineer", "Communications Technician" and "Solutions Engineer" (i hate that one, but customers want "solutions", not just a tower/site grunt).
Cell carriers are hiring like crazy right now for 5G rollouts/upgrades. They'll train you, but the work's pretty brutal. Lots of travel.
Two-way/LMR and WISPs are much smaller businesses. Pay isn't bad, but it's a really small industry. Lots of small mom&pop type companies.
TTA related. Moved that from one antenna to another to get some separation between transmitting antennas.
