The only problem with body weight exercises is that since you’re moving so fast on ski and engaging your muscles so quickly weighted exercises help much more. Some people are against lifting for whatever reason and that’s fine, I’m just telling you my experience. You don’t have to listen to me but I ski 125 days a year or so including a decent number of lines 40-50 degrees in the bc with most of my days being 5k feet vert or more skinning or booting.
