How dumb are you motherfuckers? Did your father never teach you how to clean a fish, or was he always at the office?

Cut down to the spine right behind the side fin

From the top of the fish, insert the knife until it hits the edge of the spine and cut until you can push it through, near the tail
>Step 3
Push the knife through, making sure not to go under the spine, then cut until you exit the tail
>Step 4
Gently rake the knife over the ribs until you get over them, and cut through

Slide the knife under the skin and remove it, or scale the fish before filleting
Now you have one bone-free fillet. You can also cut up from the tail across the entire body right through the ribs, then slice them out. It's not that fucking hard.
