I've got this bag and I'm not sure what to do with it.
I think the soviets had one like this but I think with a way better design.
So the bag is kind of like a pillow case with backpack straps and a hip belt.
The top of the straps is not actually attached to the bag and has these laces coming out of it. You can gather up the end of the bag in a bunch and tie the lace around it.
But if you just tie it like your shoelaces the bunched bag end is very prone to slipping through the laces and spilling your shit everywhere.
