>>2585648i think cheap pannier racks are fine, just grab whatever you find. i bought one from aliexpress for €20. made of aluminum with quick release, weighs about a 1kg on its own. had gear on the back just fine, even had my friend on the back using it as a seat, she weighs like 40-50kg or something. it shipped the paint on my bike a little but otherwise it held up (wish she had footrests tho).
