The whole valley floor is paved, you're stuck in traffic and looking for parking for a long time, and even though it's stunning, I just think that unless you have a specific hike or climb in mind you want to do, it's not worth the trip. I'd sooner do the Lost Coast, Shasta-Trinity Wilderness, Lava Beds National Monument caves, Crater Lake, Central Oregon... fuck, I think Smith Rock is a better experience than Yosemite.
