The first used English direct letter transpositions and left one letter off as a Null to show the fault was with the double F......the double scored triangle the null in this case.
The second used a wheel cipher and these two were shown on the show as clues telling them to turn off the traps, but nothing to tell them about the treasure or where it was?
The third cipher required a Keystone to find the Keyword.
The Keystone was called the H+O stone
This being the keyword's First and Last letters.....
"And the Golden Angel descended from heaven with the Key, and the name of the Golden Angel was the Alpha and Omega"......the first letter and last letter ......
The Stone slab was showing signs that the symbols were characteristic of letters as well as symbols, so seeing the one word taking the shape of the H + O in the word HALLADO meaning Discovered or Found, I made the assumption of the rest according to how they appeared to take the shape of words in Spanish/Portugese/Latin as it was known at that time......
The facts were all there to reinforce the solve as I had proven that I cracked the codes from the Book of Revelations to derive this cipher's plaintext message......that a treasure was found THERE, as in OVER THERE......the word ALLA is specific.....and points to a dome of rock....hint hint wink wink
