>extremely mobile, house literally has wheels, can gtfo wherever you want if you fuck with johnny law>has guaranteed electricity and heat as long as you have gasCons:
>extremely complicated, house literally has wheels>need gas to do anything, otherwise you're stuck with a mediocre house>shitty insulation in cold areas>your house can get towed>if you give a fuck about finances, vehicles depreciate way more than land or housing so you're pissing away all the money you dump into itthere's a reason only rich yuppie instagram whores do van life, and only for a few years at best, and it's because it costs a hell of a lot of money to upkeep and it's highly unlikely you'll be able to make that kind of money while also reaping the benefits of van life unless you just have a massive inheritance that you're willing to squander.
if you're dead-set on living somewhere that's highly mobile, have you considered something like a houseboat? if you live around swamps or by the ocean it's better than a van as you can still gtfo at a moment's notice but don't have to rely on cheap gas to get around. you still have to keep up with repairs a lot more than a regular house, but those types of repairs are still guaranteed to require a lot less skill and money than the same type of repairs to a bus or a van.
