I got rid of the two green plastic cups it comes with though and replaced them with a SS cup that the pot nests into nicely. This allows ya to fill up the pot with enough food to last a full 24 hours. I usually load up my Stanley with tea bags, sugar, gatorade powder, granola bars, jerky, ramen noodles, instant rice & beans, a pack of oatmeal and a baggie of gorp. There's even enough room for a spork and a pack of matches.
