Alternatively, the pull-thru sharpeners are super easy. I have tried a lot of knives that don’t seem to get a good edge with them, but whatever it is about the Esee knoives, they get sharp super easily with the $10 keychain pull-thru sharpener. And I got a larger one for the kitchen for like $15 off Amazon and it brings all those dull knives back to life, but not like autism stropping sharp.
