Do you guys have any recommendations on where to learn about sailing and seafaring? Would a Dory be capable of sailing the gap between, for example, Tasmania and Australia? Part of me really likes the idea of being able to sail away and chill at sea for a few days, maybe with a friend or two, maybe by myself.
