I'm sure I could be more specific with a question, as I'm a little under the weather atm.
As far as spots, Baldy is the mountain overlooking the city at 12,500ft. Hiding inside the summit is a gorgeous lake. Spring and fall are great, in winter it's pretty much impassable.
Definitely check out Taos and surrounding area like Arroyo Seco. (forest and waterfalls like 20 mins from the taos mesa)
