Ex wife took son on a last "big adventure" together before he's gone to college. They just arrived at pic related this morning, heading to Yellowstone (crowds be damned) where she and I had lived in 98/99 before him. We went back there for our honeymoon, two weeks, but he was too small to remember it, and is getting to experience all of this with his mother. That is great to me, because by far the most of his time through life of "doing things together" and whatever was with me. They did get to go to NYC a few times because of her having family and friends there (she was born in Queens, but lived in very rural South since childhood). Anyway, pic related came through my Google Hangouts today along with others.
