Rabbits and wood pigeons are there but not many, don't shoot red squirrels ffs, if you see greys let rip. Pheasants are probably your best bet as all the estates breed them and they wander off around the place, legal on your own land but wouldn't go poaching nowadays, 20 years ago that sort of thing went on here and you could get away with it if you were known to the community who would keep quiet for you, but since half the population has been replaced with the concerned of Tunbridge Wells you'll get nailed for it pretty quick now. Salmon you could get from the sea but I wouldn't try poaching them from rivers as there's a pretty good chance you'll get caught. If you walk in from 10 miles away during the dead of night fair enough but if you just turn up and start fishing during the day you're probably getting caught, if you drive in at night people living nearby will wonder why a car is going up this quiet road and might take a look. Also, just don't do it cos salmon have enough pressure here without cunts messing about with nets etc. Sea fishing and brown trout is more realistic, but i'm not putting stuff about that on here because everywhere's been getting hammered in recent years due to places getting spread about online. Plenty mushrooms to be had, again the popular spots get hammered.
