I can see the merit of growing only 1 type of microgreen in an entire tray. Balancing the moisture and heat requirements across so many species of plants is difficult in a micro climate like this. Some are too wet and some are too dry. The two containers that are missing in this image had soil so dry it was hydrophobic for about five minutes, despite having been bottom watered and misted the day before. I'm mostly experimenting with this lot so this is just good info for me.
>>1474134The process of hardening off plants is the same for pretty much everything. When I do it, I start 1 hour on with a sunny day in direct sunlight. Keep in mind that mine have quite a bit of light indoors and mine go into a vented polytunnel where temps and humidity are fine for them. Indirect light will be better for a few hours, if your indoor lighting isn't very strong, and temps outside are not going to be a problem for them. The process is a lot of foot work for about a week or 2.
Just keep an eye out for dry tips, wilting, and white splotches.
