That's my point. a grassy lawn needs to be mowed regularly at the very least twice a month because grass is a weed. weeds are aggressive when it comes to their growth habits.
the idiot OP's point is that a native garden looks ugly and we should have grassy lawns instead. but the dumbass doesn't realize that grass will also grow wild if not taken care of.
pic related is a native garden in Arizona. it does not need mowing and where a grassy lawn needs to be watered CONSTANTLY or the grass dies, this native garden will receive enough water from rainfall and will not require a sprinkler system. I'm from El Salvador originally, a rainforest/jungle. I'm still new to the city
