>>2824091i believe arkansas state law says if you have 10+acres you can do what ever you want with septic but more local ordances apply. where i live alot of people just make a small pond and run it to septic tank to separate solids and send water to pond. it doesnt stink at all and people even put fish in them.
if you are going to do solar be sure to get a good high end charge controller/inverter. and make sure its bigger than you need because you will expand. i know a guy who uses interstate deep cycle batteries and they have seemed to outlast the lithium ones every one else got.
there really are no codes or permits in arkansas for the most part.
