>>841459That's why I never want to move back north until global warming floods all of FL and Chicago has 60F wnters. I like being able to do shit outside all year round. But even if it's raining, I have my raincoat in the car. Just gotta avoid the lightning.
Tried this new lake this morning, I have been scoping it out while working but never really fished it. Unfortunately it's like all these other lakes in SW Broward. They are man-made with super clear water and a pain in the ass to fish. Idk if the clear water means it gets warmer, or the fish can tell the lure is fake, or maybe the fish can see me and won't bite. I'm sure if I could find a lake with clear water like that but rarely fished it wouldn't be so bad. I also saw 3 ded largemouth right in the weeds. 2 were small but 1 was 16"-17".
Gonna try another lake for a minute. The FL sun gets you cooking though. As soon as it comes up, it gets nice and warm with high humidity because the wind doesn't pick up til later. Gonna try and get a few bites and then go back to sleep.
