Overnight camping is perfectly legal anywhere over 2000m (which is mostly everywhere in national parks, although this is lowered to 1800m in some), around mountain shelters and at patches of land displayed in their maps. There are forbidden areas for nature preservation of course, but they are small and well indicated. If you want the specifics you can download the rules on each national parks' website.
