treestuff.com. It's top tier arborist site. If not, its fun to just browse the crazy gear.
Also check out sherrilltree, wesspur, etc.
Chainsaw pants are ok. I had a pair of Husqvarna, but they were so baggy that I actually cut them when I was climbing when I finished the cut and hit the chainbrake.. I couldn't stand em. Be ready to pay a lot of money though.
