The overwintered Ginger is starting to wake up.
It is evident that it is not worth overwintering at all given how slow it comes out of hibernation.
Last year from a fresh bulb it already was at this stage on late February.
Nevertheless the final judgement is how much Ginger will it produce compared to the one I harvested last year. We will know later in the year.
