Hey /out/.
I've recently gotten a job at a timber yard where I'll be spending a lot of time on my feet and will also need some footwear that's a bit more protective than runners.
Can anybody recommend a decent pair of boots?
I'd like it to have a ceramic toe. It doesn't have to go up my ankle, a normal 'shoe' shape is fine too. I plan to wear them both for work and also occasionally as normal footwear.
I also wear orthotics (medical foot-arch supports, they mean that a higher heel area in the shoe is needed) and have fairly wide feet, so those factors will need to be taken into consideration.
My current shoes are pic related, in size 11.5 2E, for an indication of size and shape.
