The habitat loss is so bad in some places that certain species are starting to go extinct there. Erosion is the biggest concern since it effects a huge area. Those rocks are exposed for a reason, because they are what is left behind after everything else around them eroded away. When people collect them together, it leaves their former locations exposed. Those locations erode further. More morons come in and stack the newly exposed rocks. More erosion occurs. In some places the erosion is so bad that trees start getting blown over during storms, mudslides occurred, and deep gullies started forming. Downhill silt starts building up causing flooding issues. All because some neo-hippie autistic types were stacking rocks.
