>>2773006Yes, as the tide comes in, I move to the inlet, as it goes out I move toward the ocean area. The times in green are when I'd go fishing. I don't know if its a regional term but when the tide isn't moving we call it "slack tide" and there's no point fishing for anything because thats when the fish aren't biting. The moving tides are moving the baitfish and thats when the bigger fish start to feed. I think a lot of people just think "oh we can fish at sunrise or sunset" and that might work okay, but I always check tide charts to determine when I'm going surf fishing.
