It's hot. Bring water, have a filter and know where you can find water. Mostly it's hot. I try to keep my weight down, because it is hot. I prefer sleeping in a hammock, because it is hot. Any tent will basically need to be all mesh, because it is so hot. It also rains a lot, so make sure you have proper rain gear. I usually bring an extra poncho to cover my pack with when i get to camp if it it rains.
