>>2547924>>2547874the 20L naturehike pack is exceptional. the quality is no different than any of my cottage brand packs, sans the customization. the textile alone to make this pack myself would cost more than i paid for it. you can get it down to 20 dollars if you know a bit of aliexpress-fu, which is insane.
the aonjie running packs and lumbar packs i've tried were exceptional as well. they cost a bit more but the construction is pretty involved on all their models.
i haven't tried any of the larger big name chink packs because they all have non adjustable torso length and its never worked out with my sizing. even finding sizing info on them can be hard. a buddy of mine uses the new naturehike rock and its a good long torso pack but you can get a used ULA pack for the same price if you dont get the naturehike on sale.
one general thing to be aware of is that a lot of chink gear is made for short people because chinks are short. works for me but maybe not you. this applies to packs, clothes, sleeping gear, shelters, etc.
