Found out from a friend that she was sexting him. Talk about a blow to the ego; youch. Cut that punk rocker off my house faster than an unhooked static line. Don't need people like that near me. Hasn't dissuaded me though. I've seen it too, I used to share a ski house with someone who ended his relationship in his early sixties after a lot of fighting. He kept a forward face and found someone else after a few years. He's stayed with her to this day, and seems happier than ever. He recently turned 75. There's still a lot of good real people out there. It's not too naive to believe some of them are on my wavelength. Not a lot of people are dynamic, and that's okay: I'm not kicking people who move. There's not too many folks who share my thoughts and interests, but by god they're out there! Also, part of the fun is introducing new things to people. Xerox copies of myself would have nothing new to show me, and nothing new to be shown. I feel happiness is a choice, not a destination and have been able to act on that.
