You should think about just getting a regular aquarium and pouring waste water over the plants in your garden (that's what I do it works good). In that way your plants get a good amount of fish waste in the water and your don't have a nasty ass goldfish death chamber like in the pic you posted. Also if you like growing things you can really get aquatic plants in there, most of them are super easy to grow and look great.
