>>1709384I wouldn't even believe these "sjw screeched at my knife" stories if I didn't experience something similar myself. While I was studying to become an EMT, myself and a couple of guys were showing off each other's knives in the classroom during downtime. This sickly 5'1 fetal alcohol syndrome looking chick asked us "why do you guys carry a knife", she asked it with such disdain in her voice and face. At the time I was literally working as a bouncer and if things ever got out of hand and I had multiple guys tying to stomp me out I'd have used the knife as a last resort. I spilled my spaghetti so rather than giving her the appropriate answer for normies such as "it's a tool, etc", I instead blurted out "I'm a bouncer", which I felt was perhaps the wrongest but funniest thing to say because I'm basically explicitly stating that I'm carrying it for the sake of violence. Interestingly enough she said, "oh.. That makes sense", with complete sincerity btw. Given that my answer was sensical enough for her... Then she proceeded to ask all the other guys "how about you?". What I found interesting is that she was okay with my answer, if it fit her world view. For starters I was in a classroom not bouncing so I don't know how she didn't pick up on that. Not that bouncers are supposed to have knives or stab people in the first place, but people like her have a very child-esque video game/movie tier knowledge of how real life works and she might even think bouncers carry batons, tazers, nun-chucks, etc like in the movies.
The TLDR version is that if it makes sense to normies, they don't freak out. 12 Marines blown to bits by an IED in the news... Ehhh... Kobe Bryant dies in a Helicopter accident and everyone loses their minds.
