>ps the longest living humans, those nips a couple of generations past, eat a very high meat and seafood dietThis has a lot to do with genetics and lifestyle. There was one Chinese guy living off of herbs and rice wine and he supposedly got to 250 or something. Another girl got lost in the woods, met a "guy" who told her to only eat pine seeds (rich in terpenes) and she became very hairy, later (like 100 years) she was found by soldiers and they recognized her as the princess of some age old king. There is some funny stuff out there on longevity, but it doesn't involve animals.
As per diet, the seafood aspect is generally fucked due to mercury, plastics, oil and radioactivity in Japan. The specific group you are relating to, the Okinawans, live a very stress free life and eat a lot of sweet potato, which contain about 1.3% of a protein that is an absolute cancer killer. Please avoid, it would kill you instantly.
>>2344269I'm sorry to hear that, sucks to be your friend. Your misjudgement here is that vegan = solid diet. It's a classification of ingredients, not a diet plan. If you eat the average Western diet minus animal products, you are not automatically eating healthily. If you put "restrictive" measures on your diet plan, aka leaving stuff out, you must still know what you need in terms of nutrition. If you don't and just live off of salad and shit, of course you will not perform well. But that's due to malnutrition out of ignorance, not because of a vegan diet. Fun fact, many meat eaters and milk drinkers have iron, D3 and B12 deficiencies, although that should not happen in theory.
>>2344272>so? that's also not cheese, it's fermented plant matter>fermented plant milk bad, fermented animal milk good! hurr>>2344430>Wikipedia as a sourceYeah sorry no, you'll have to dig up the paper of that woman yourself, as I'm not willing to play researcher for you here.
