I dug up my tarragon plants and brought them inside and cut down the leggy growth (they were not in a prime locations for sunlight). There are some new shoots coming up, but nothing is coming out of the trimmed branches. I've never worked with tarragon before - should I just cut the old growth to the ground or will it potentially resprout?
