Hey /out/, I just moved to a new apartment in the city. it has a balcony and the previous resident left these plants behind. At a close inspection they don't seem to be well taken care of. I've never done any kind of gardening before, but I've set my mind on starting a balcony garden. I've been doing some google research and I'm on the process of finding out what I can plant. The balcony faces east so I get direct sunlight only past noon and until sunset. It's winter right now (southern hemisphere). I would appreciate any tips and ideas you guys could give me; also, if I could get any help identifying the plants left behind. Are they worth keeping? Can they be rescued? Or should I just get rid of them, keep the pots and start from zero?
Thanks in advance.
