Just make sure your wool product is/has....
- 100% wool or near it.
- Thick or heavy, more wool = better.
- Plenty of air pockets, not tightly compressed.
Some military items do this right, especially if from countries with wool production and manufacturing tradition (central and southern europe).
But yeah, materials and craftsmanship matters!
