Not that its what they're designed for, but being that I'm stuck in the city, don't have a car to drive to the wilderness whenever I go for a hike, and I'm not much of a runner, walking on pavement is pretty much what I'm going to be doing when I go outside.
I've been wearing fivefingers and Lems for 3 months and they have done wonders in healing my fallen arches and getting rid of my knee pain from overpronation. Only problem is foot and leg soreness from most of my everyday and recreational walking being done on sidewalks.
