The closest I know of off hand is fucking expensive, $300, and is far more polished/fashion orientated -- Fjallraven Sarek jacket. Not going to turn you away, they make good shit. It's just overpriced and you might be able to find a cheap, closer match of similar quality if it's milsurp. Google field jacket, it's a warehouse worth of options to dig through.
